The Knoble Announces 2024 Award Winners for Excellence in the Fight Against Human Crime 

Honoring Leaders in Combatting Human Trafficking, Financial Scams, Elder Financial Exploitation, and Child Sexual Exploitation

 NOVEMBER 6, 2024 – The Knoble, a global alliance dedicated to disrupting Human Crime, is proud to announce the recipients of its inaugural 2024 Knoble Awards for Excellence. These prestigious awards recognize outstanding individuals whose contributions have significantly impacted the fight against human trafficking, elder financial exploitation, financial scams, and child sexual exploitation.  

These awardees have shown exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication in their respective fields, each playing a vital role in protecting vulnerable populations from exploitation and abuse. Their efforts highlight the power of collaboration and action in the mission to end Human Crime.

The 2024 Knoble Award Winners Are: 

• Freddy Massimi – Excellence in Human Trafficking Prevention
  Freddy’s dedication to disrupting human trafficking has been pivotal in anti-trafficking initiatives. His volunteerism, combined with his expertise in financial crime prevention, has helped advance the fight to end exploitation. 

• Ken Palla – Excellence in Financial Scam Prevention
  Ken’s commitment to preventing financial scams has spanned across his career and beyond. His innovative solutions and thought leadership in scam prevention continue to protect countless consumers from falling victim to fraud. 

• Jen Lamont – Excellence in Elder Financial Exploitation Prevention
  Jen’s commitment to safeguarding older adults from exploitation is unparalleled. She’s led critical conversations and driven the development of vital resources that empower communities to protect their seniors. 

• Karen Arrabal – Excellence in Child Sexual Exploitation Prevention
  Karen has been instrumental in leveraging financial data to identify and disrupt child sexual exploitation. Her leadership in using financial clues to stop these crimes is groundbreaking—and she’s only getting started. 

• Natalie Loebner – Excellence in Cross-Sector Collaboration
  Natalie’s ability to unite diverse stakeholders in the fight against Human Crime has been transformative. Her work in fostering collaboration across industries has driven innovative solutions and strengthened efforts to protect the vulnerable.
